SharedXP offers a part-time Executive Pastor (XP) Service that fills in the gaps for a monthly fee that is a little more than 2% of the average annual salary of a full time Executive Pastor. We at SharedXP are committed to doing our best to help the local church become the best place on earth to work and serve! There are over 300,000 churches in the United States and 90% of those have 500 or less members. Every church needs the skills and experience of a seasoned Executive Pastor to help maximize the use of precious resources and create an environment and culture that is both God and people honoring. SharedXP is made up of a team of business and ministry experts who truly love the local church and want to spend their lives making it better. We can help! SharedXPs primary mission is to provide part-time Executive Pastor Services to churches. When you hire a SharedXP Business/Ministry Coach you do not get just one Executive Pastor, but a local contact that is backed up by an entire team! According to 2017 salary surveys the average XPs annual salary is $70-$90k. For a little more than 2% or $1500 per month (plus expenses) you will receive at least 4 interactions in the following format: 1 Onsite Visit Per Month 1 Meeting Either Onsite or Remote Per Month 2 Scheduled Phone Calls Per Month Unlimited Emails and Text Messages (with response within 24 hours or sooner) If your answer to one of the four questions left you unsettled, please call or email us and let us help!
