Sheehan & Sheehan, P.A. is a Martindale-Hubbell® AV® rated firm headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and maintains a branch office in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The firm, which currently employs ten attorneys and enjoys an “Of Counsel” relationship with five attorneys, is engaged in a general civil, trial and appellate practice in all state and federal courts in New Mexico. When the firm first opened its doors in 1954, its focus was on insurance defense work. Although insurance defense work remains an important part of our practice, we have expanded our services to encompass such diverse areas as administrative law, commercial disputes including those involving construction, complex litigation, construction and procurement law, employment law, environmental law, insurance defense, legal malpractice defense, products liability, natural resources and water law. We also act as counsel to a number of public entities and provide services in the areas of arbitration and mediation, legislative relations and land use and real estate law.
