shiftschool was established in 2015 as the first academy for digital transformation in germany by christina & tobias burkhardt. more than 100 professionals from all industries have graduated from our 18 months digital transformation manager program focusing on mindset, skills, network & balance ever since. since the beginning we focused on creating inspiring and sustainable training formats where learning is really unconventional, intensive, creative, and fun. shiftschool has been awarded and featured many times as a pioneer for immersive learning experiences in a rapidly changing digital world. we have now transferred all the learnings from the past eight years into a new one-of-a-kind learning framework and our new shift & shape leadership programs and moved into our new location: studio 21.
