Providing workshops for groups and one on one support. Testimonial “Power Within” workshop was very organized and easy to follow. The exercises given for homework were very helpful, especially when we could come back as a group and talk about it. I was able to set boundaries that I never did before. I now have a voice. I practice self care and I set aside time for my personal needs. I’m making the things that make me happy a priority.
