Shrewsbury Business Improvement District (BID) delivers a range of projects and services to improve the town centre, in line with the priorities of the town's business community, for the benefit of the those that visit, live, work and invest in Shrewsbury. Driven and business-led, with a board of directors comprising of local and national business owners and managers, and a small team, our priorities are: •Marketing, Profile and Promotion- professionally delivering and managing high profile marketing of Shrewsbury town centre, ensuring it is visible and known as a vibrant and welcoming place. •Access and Car Parking- creating a pleasant, efficient and accessible town centre environment whether travelling by car, on foot, or on public transport - ensuring people have a positive experience here. •Backing Business- providing the support and initiatives businesses need to thrive as well as working to reduce business costs •Drive and Direction- acting as a credible representational voice for business, taking a leading and focused role in the coordination, management and future direction of a prosperous Shrewsbury town centre.
