Our Profile The SII is a members’ institution for Professionals in Insurance and Financial Services. The SII is incorporated as a public company limited by guarantee and its constitution cannot be altered without the consent of the Minister of Finance. Singapore Insurance Institute is a non-profit organization governed by a Council which comprises elected members as well as co-opted representatives from various sectors of the insurance and financial services industry.
