Sivistystyönantajat edustaa 340 koulutus- ja tutkimusalan sekä kasvatus- ja kulttuurialan työnantajaa. Jäsentemme palveluksessa on 60 000 palkansaajaa. Olemme Elinkeinoelämän keskusliiton EK:n jäsen. Neuvottelemme alan työehdot henkilöstöä edustavien ammattiliittojen kanssa sekä neuvomme ja koulutamme jäseniämme työelämän asioissa. Vaikutamme alan kehittämiseen tekemällä yhteistyötä virkamiesten, poliittisten päättäjien ja muiden sidosryhmien edustajien kanssa. *** Finnish Education Employers represents over 340 employers in the education and higher education sector in Finland. The association is a member of the Confederation of Finnish Industries, EK . The members of Finnish Education Employers represent education providers from all levels of education from basic education to higher education. We represent all 13 universities in Finland, about 95 % of universities of applied sciences and the majority of independent educational institutions. There are approximately 60 000 employees working in our member organisations. Our mission is to promote the interest of our member organisations in the field of labour market and to promote the operational preconditions for our sector and our members. The association is also a member of the European Federation of Education Employers EFEE.
