SkillsPlus and BRACE are two fellow non-profit organisations that merged in 2013. We merged because we know that together we can make a collaborative effort to improve lives and strengthen communities. Our mission is to empower people through education, training and employment. We are two not for profit organisation that provides individualized, client focused services in employment, training, education, disability, and youth programs. We provide a range of programs including Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL), jobactive, Disability Employment Services (DES), Skills for Education and Employment (SEE), Vocational Education and Training (VET), New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) and National Disability Coordination Officer Programme (NDCO). As a non-profit organisation, any profit that we make is invested back into the community either by being put back into programs and services delivered, or by going towards the development of new programs that benefits the community.
