SkinCurate Research Private Limited

SkinCurate is a healthcare AI start-up co-founded by alumni of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad and is a leader in the AI in dermatology space in India. We develop products for imaging, diagnosis, intervention, treatment and clinical management of skin lesions, melanoma and related dermatological disorders and diseases. Our product includes B2B / B2C software co-designed with smartphone applications to assist clinicians perform fast and accurate diagnosis of skin cancers and related abnormalities. Coupled with a special computational imaging service on the cloud the app can be used by semi-skilled paramedics working at rural and primary healthcare centers for fast and high-precision screening of skin lesions and abnormalities. We have raised angel rounds through a series of grants from marquee investors such as SINE, IIT Bombay (SINE Intel Plug-in cohort) and BIRAC - Big Grants, Govt. of India. We were the winners of the GE Edison Challenge in 2013 and were the 2nd runners up across India in CII Healthcare Start-Ups in 2018.
