The Solus inside sales team is responsible for providing day-to-day customer service, helping our customers locate the product, answering technical questions, providing stock and project quotations, and facilitating order management. While each staff is specialized in one aspect of our business, they are also cross-trained to handle any of the inside sales responsibilities.
