Secondsguru is a Singapore-based young social enterprise and a member of raiSE with a mission to promote environmental education and eco-awareness. We achieve this via - educational talks & workshops - community outreach, and - online resources on Secondsguru.com. With the motto "Green Living. Made Easy.", we focus on solutions that make sustainable living a fun, creative and practical goal for all. Sustainability is a wide umbrella - and accordingly, our conversations focus on a particular area and allow an opportunity to deep dive. Topics can range from biodiversity, mindful travel, food, to fashion, to minimalism to low waste lifestyles... and so forth. These customised ‘Learning Experiences’ have received excellent feedback from companies in a range of industries. Since inception in 2014, Secondsguru also runs initiatives to support sustainable living in the community- our flagship being the Zero Waste Bootcamp which piloted under the National Environment Agency’s (NEA) call for ideas, and is now powered by the National Youth Council (NYC) till 2023. We have also collaborated with the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE), National Library Board (NLB), PAssion WaVe, PM Haze, Food From the Heart and other non government bodies to amplify pro-environmental messages that achieve solution centric outcomes throughout Singapore.
