The provision of respite care in the family home, for families with children that have special needs. Special People North provides carers for a wide range of children and young people under 18 years with physical difficulties, learning difficulties and autistic spectrum disorders. Specific services offered range from physiotherapy, music, speech and language therapy, to clinical procedures and life skills education. The domiciliary care our skilled professionals are able to provide can support and help each child reach his or her full potential. This can be over a number of hours or days per week and can be made available during the day or night dependent on the familys requirements. We can provide services both through Local Authority schemes or by private arrangement.
