We coordinate a strategic programme for ICT in developing regions. Our partners include private sector, Civil Society Organisations, Universities and Government agencies, in Sweden, the Nordic countries, Europe and in our partner countries in Africa, Latin America and Asia. SPIDER is hosted by the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences at Stockholm University. We support projects and initiatives and provide professional services to ICT projects, focusing on assistance in the deployment of ICTs, the creation of ICT enabling environments in developing countries, and policy and regulatory issues.
