These are created and facilitated for both discerning and rugged adventurers. 2. Concept based safaris focused on personal development, creativity and mindfulness. 3. Skills development, mentorship and assessment for teams or individuals. Our processes combine theory and practical. 4. Leadership and team development interventions focused on accelerating business growth through building skills, enabling team performance and facilitating personal growth. We intentionally work in an exclusive wilderness setting in the Greater Kruger National Park. Each of the above are customized to the particular needs of the client. We work with local and international clients - These combine private individuals as well as businesses. Lutz Otto, our founder, has been passionate about the bush, big mountains and wild places his entire life. He started guiding groups in multi-day wilderness experiences back in 1989. In June 2001, whilst working in London, he scribed that he would like to create a business to share his passion for African wildlife, wilderness, adventure and conservation. Spirited Adventures was founded in 2005, initially as a side-line-hustle" in parallel to a day-time-job.
