Our On-Ramp programming supports high school students by connecting them to industry professionals to learn more about career pathways in sports while also gathering information in order to make an informed college decision. The Off-Ramp programming supports college students by helping them building social capital. Students interact directly with industry professionals learning how to navigate the college to career transition and seeking assistance to open up the door for entry level employment in the highly competitive sports & entertainment industry. ALL of SBC's programs are fully funded by donors and sponsors -- the #1 rule of SBC is no student ever pays!
