step forward strategies

Our Mission STEP Forward Strategies works at the junction of social justice and politics for candidates, campaigns, and corporations to ensure that we do intentional, diverse and transformative change. We will create a strategic plan that is focused on the clients needs, making sure we build a more inclusive and diverse space. We are life experts in this work. We are a feminist, latinx and disabled millennial-lead consulting firm. Who we are: Were unapologetic about our love for latinx and disabled people, and the movement to create a more diverse and inclusive space in politics and in the workforce. As Latinx & disabled people that have lived experiences where we were not included in these spaces, we found ways to step forward and change these systems. We lead with dignity and passion and we bring this to our partners. We believe in a world where latinx and disabled people are seen as an asset and not a liability. We believe in the power that these amazing, diverse strong communities hold and how much power they have to make positive, impactful change in politics, advocacy or in the corporate workforce. Representation is powerful and important for the leaders that will lead into the future.
