Hi. Im Steve, a leadership coach, consultant and author. I help leaders discover a better way to live and work. In college, I studied Psychology and Religion and spent most of my time working odd jobs in factories during the school year and speaking at camps for high schoolers during the summer, which unlocked a passion for developing others and making a difference in the world. I jumped around a bit working for different NGOs, earned two Masters degrees and began coaching and consulting as a side-gig. Now, I run a boutique consultancy from the northern beaches of Sydney with my wife. I'm the co-founder of a personality testing company, an advisory board member of two non-profits and spend my days traveling across the planet coaching, consulting and speaking about leadership and living a life of significance. Ive written two books including The Asymmetrical Leader (March 2017) and the upcoming Confidence: The Science & Art of Self-Belief (Releasing in March 2018). I enjoy designing and facilitating leadership and professional development courses. Ive coached, consulted and spoken to over 300+ companies and 250,000+ leaders from across industry.
