Stocznia Cesarska Development is jointly created by the two Belgian real estate companies Revive and Alides to carry out the revitalization of the Imperial Shipyard (in PL: Stocznia Cesarska), a historic waterfront development in the heart of Gdansk. In keeping up with its tumultuous history, the project aims to be a forerunner in the field of urban planning, sustainability and social inclusion. The site will be redeveloped in a contemporary way that ensures respect for the rich history of the site, while transforming it into a new dynamic waterfront destination. The project represents a unique opportunity to create a place that fully embraces life in the 21st century for innovation, creativity and inspiration. We envision a mixed-use urban district with around 3500 residences combined with a fine-grained mix of creative office spaces, boutique retail, neighbourhood services, culture, leisure and hospitality. The total project will consist of around 400.000 m2 of development.
