Strict Academy is an independent consultancy organization for young professionals. Within two years, the trainees will fulfill a variety of work and projects at three different customer companies in the field of Information and Communications Technology (ICT). Strict Academy provides in a personal coach, technical training by experienced Strict consultants, who have knowledge in the work field, and training in personal skills by an external firm. Why junior consultants of Strict Academy: 1. The young professionals are well educated and become easily familiar with companies politics and their business questions; 2. Strict provides a personal coach and the possibility to obtain information of experienced consultants of Strict; 3. The young professionals get a diversity of technical and personal training; 4. Strict Academy is totally independent and is not allied to any one supplier; 5. After two years work experience, a customer company, may offer a job to one or more of the trainees.
