TAG Search and Select Ltd

We are a team of internationally recognised head hunters operating within niche areas of industry. We have a wealth of knowledge in working with manufacturers, distributors and large end users across the globe. Primarily, we look to recruit senior sales and senior management roles and have built an excellent network with C-Level individuals, Interim Directors and Private Equity Companies who are looking to replace senior management teams upon acquisition of new companies. We are honest, hardworking, ethical and always transparent. A lot of our clients have had phenomenal growth due to the talent we have initially identified and ultimately secured for them. We always take the initial approach of understanding the brief provided by the client and offering the best-proposed solution to ensure they secure exactly what they need in the time frame required. Where we excel is by identifying and securing the best talent in the market, as opposed to relying on those who are on the market. This involves extensive research and unparalleled networking ability, which is something we have in abundance, with a regular presence at all the major related expos and events globally. We also offer a free service to top level , successful candidates who might not be "actively" looking for a new role but want to be informed about roles that would increase their earnings and career progression opportunities.
