talent logistics

A managed service provider that turns employee referral referral programs into outbound marketing programs and takes recruiting databases and turns them into referral engines. Most corporate recruiting departments are sitting on a recruiting database of thousands and thousands of applicants with no effort designed to maintain long term relationships with them. They also leave behind the "army" of recruiters known as their employees. Talent Logistics builds and manages a CRM based database for its clients that focuses on relationship management, talent pipeline building, and employee engagement. Talent Logistics takes corporate recruiting departments and turns them into an outbound, talent centric marketing team.
