Tapendium

Tapendium is a revolutionary, new hospitality solution that replaces printed compendiums in hotel rooms to maximise guest engagement. Since implementing the Tapendium digital concierge solution, our hotel partners have reported increased hotel revenue, improved guest satisfaction ratings and reduced operating costs, which have all translated to greater profitability for their hotel. Best-in-class Samsung tablets in every hotel room offer fully customised features. Software on the tablets is customised to align with the hotel brand and unique content is uploaded according to hotel marketing. Our technology partnership with Samsung provides access to R&D, enterprise management tools and a secure, technology platform (KNOX‌®). Samsung’s KNOX security software means Tapendium devices are locked down to ensure guests can only access the hotel’s preferred content and functionality. Tapendium’s web based content management system is easy to access, navigate and manage, and has been designed to make it simple for non-IT, hotel personnel to use. The hotel team is able to instantly update every tablet throughout the hotel. With a focus on real-time promotion, Managers with little or no technical experience can personalise communications and tailor offers to guest preferences, sending either generic or tailored offers directly to tablets throughout the hotel. The result is an interactive and engaging guest experience that boosts in-house revenue. As a cloud-based, mobile solution, Tapendium is easy to implement with no expensive cabling or back-end servers required. Even the largest hotels can be fully installed in a matter of days, and your hotel team and guests will be using and enjoying Tapendium like professionals from day one.
