Taqdeer Award 🇦🇪🏅 جائزة تقدير

The Government of Dubai has launched the Taqdeer Award under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to celebrate excellence in labour relations. This unique initiative – the world’s first points-based award programme for promoting employee welfare – will grade the companies depending on their employment practices. Participating companies have to show their use of global benchmarks including labour policies, facilities and infrastructure, health and safety, labour security, recruitment and wages, justice and transparency, communication and feedback, creativity and innovation, administration, labour perceptions and key performance indicators, to get recognised under the award programme. Following a rigorous evaluation of their applications by an independent judging committee, the businesses will be awarded a rating between one and five stars. www.taqdeeraward.ae أطلقت حكومة دبي جائزة "تقدير" تحت رعاية سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم لتشجيع التميز في علاقات العمل. وستقوم هذه المبادرة الفريدة - لأنها برنامج المكافآت الأول في العالم الذي يستند على أساس النقاط لتعزيز الاهتمام بالموظفين - بتصنيف الشركات بناءً على ممارسات التوظيف لديها. ويجب على الشركات المشاركة إثبات أنها تطبّق المعايير الدولية بما في ذلك سياسات العمل والمرافق والبنية التحتية والصحة والسلامة والأمن والعمل والتوظيف والأجور والعدالة والشفافية والتواصل وإعطاء النتائج والإبداع والابتكار والإدارة وتصورات العمل ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وذلك كي تحصل على الاعتراف في إطار برنامج الجائزة فبعد تقييم دقيق لطلبات الشركات من قبل لجنة تحكيم مستقلة، سيتم تصنيف الشركات المشاركة ضمن فئات تتراوح بين نجمة واحدة وخمس نجوم. www.taqdeeraward.ae
