Taranaki Bio Extracts (TBE) Ltd is a leading New Zealand manufacturer of natural ingredients and products made from 100% NZ free-range, grass-fed beef cattle. We have a Risk Management Program (RMP) based on HACCP principles registered with the NZ Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI). Pet Nutrition Our premium human-grade beef bone broths are ideal nutritionally to support the unique needs of a healthy diet for cats and dogs. They provide a NZ-natural source of glucosamine, collagen, protein, and hydration. We exclusively source only fresh meaty beef bones for our premium pet nutrition ingredients, which are prepared in a human-grade kitchen facility. Human Nutrition Our ingredients are popular across a portfolio of national and international customers for human wellbeing, functional food, food service, and food manufacturing use. Our range including soups, stocks and broths are entirely keto, paleo, and gluten friendly. The TBE kitchen is USDA and Halal listed, and able to produce to customer specifications. Technical Products We manufacture a range of technical products including degreased bovine bone chips and tallow for use in the gelatine and edible oils industries – these can be returned to human grade after further processing steps.
