Tartes & Pop® is the very first French tarts specialist in Hong Kong. Lou Campagna and his best friend, Thibaut Carminho, established Tartes & Pop® in 2014 when they realized that it was actually difficult to find a good French tarte in Hong Kong. The two friends dreamed of a new kind of pastry shop where amazing quality would not have to follow the cold and impersonal rules of luxury. They spent more than a year to come up with what is, in their opinion, the ultimate good-mood boosting combo: funky music, friendly staff and finger-licking good tarts.
