TASSK is an Aboriginal owned business initiated by Taye Williams, an Anangu/Noongar man. This was a direct result of his own experiences as not only an Indigenous person looking for employment but also one having a disability. Taye was born with Cerebral Palsy but this has never stopped him from achieving his goals. Unfortunately when he began looking for work he encountered many stereotypes and hence TASSK was born. TASSK aims to improve outcomes for all Indigenous people and give them the best job search skills and opportunities to enter the workforce and be successful. It also aims to make workplaces more culturally inclusive. Through knowledge better relationships and outcomes can result.
