Tauranga Art Gallery Toi Tauranga, on the corner of Wharf & Willow Streets downtown Tauranga, is the first public art gallery in the Western Bay of Plenty. Since opening in 2007, it has consistently delivered high quality exhibitions within its modern gallery space. The Gallery brings contemporary art and exhibitions of historical significance to the community, is open 7 days, and a visit is free of charge. The exhibitions change frequently, so there is always something new and fresh to discover. Exhibitions are developed in-house by Gallery staff with the balance being a mix of touring exhibitions from other institutions and artist projects.
