The Community Housing Group (TCHG) was established in March 2005, and is a registered housing provider regulated by Homes England. The organisation is non-profit making and consists of four subsidiaries. The Parent (TCHG) is a registered housing provider with approx 5,900 properties in management. They also provide the corporate services for the Group and is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the work and performance of all the subsidiaries and committees. Subsidiaries include:- Vestia Community Trust - a vehicle for community and partnership working within Wyre Forest and Worcestershire. amica24 (the new trading name for Worcestershire Telecare) - not driven by profit, they pride themselves on a customer focused approach. They offer solutions to all types of organisations and people allowing them, to live and work safely and independently whatever their requirements for support may be. Care and Support24 - provides a flexible home and personal care service which is designed to help older and vulnerable people to remain independent in their home. Oakleaf Commercial Services provides housing repairs, construction, bespoke joinery and PVC-u doors and windows as well as Grounds Services.
