I created TDOG LLC because I saw a need for small to mid-size businesses to be able to have the same resources as large businesses who typically have larger training and development budgets. By forming a 'co-op'​ type experience, a small to mid-size business owner can participate with other businesses in the same financial space, to have learning and development resources available for their staff, WITHOUT the expenses normally incurred to get these resources up and running. TDOG LLC is also a team of experienced learning professionals who have capabilities in program development, eLearning and multi-media learning design, learning technology, budgeting, road-mapping, competency building and more. We have a network of individuals with learning and development skills that run the gamete.
