Editable templates * Includes a licence for the unique School Wellbeing iAbacus Self-Evaluation and Planning Tool * Addresses new Ofsted criteria on workload/wellbeing * Built around the work of Christina Maslach * Tackles each of 6 factors leading to Burnout * Equips the school to identify the sources of stress * Brings staff together as a supportive community * Creates a 'we're all in this together' mindset * A comprehensive programme, not a tick-box exercise The Teach Well Alliance also has a range of other services, such as its popular 'Student Wellbeing Ambassador' training for Years 5, 8-10 and 12, and its one day course on the meeting the Ofsted criteria in the new Inspection Framework for workload, wellbeing and addressing bullying.
