Team Springboard CIC

Team SpringBoard offers training, volunteering and employment opportunities to people from Coventry and Warwickshire who have significant barriers to either entering the workplace for example little or no job experience or a lack of confidence and/or living fulfilled lives. We aim to grow individuals to reach their greatest potential and eliminate social isolation and loneliness. We offer the opportunity to learn about the workplace, gain valuable work experience and develop new skills with a demonstrable track record to enhance employability. We expect our team to show a will to learn, work hard, be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and be proud to represent Team SpringBoard. Our principle activities are gardening and horticulture related; we run a gardening business to generate income to power our projects and offer supported work experience and Community Gardens in Coventry and Stratford . Whilst all of our activities are based around gardening we are really teaching resilience, problem solving, communication skills and team work - critical transferable skills. We work in Coventry and across Warwickshire. The Team at Team SpringBoard have to work really hard but it is fun! It is really important that everyone enjoys their time at Team SpringBoard and with our help and support use the skills they learn to move forward in their chosen paths whether that is back into education, an Apprenticeship or employment or living happier, healthier lives. We are fully insured and RHS Qualified.
