We are dedicated to, and passionate towards, achieving the goals of our clientele and exceeding their expectations. TEC BENEFITS is a privately-held firm that provides employee benefits, executive and supplemental benefits, human resource assistance, and health and welfare administrative services that meet the strategic and financial goals of corporations and their key executives and employees. The Firm's approach includes the development of objectives, consulting services, plan design, program implementation, third party administrative services, and ongoing evaluation and reporting. TEC BENEFITS is headquartered in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was developed in 1999 after an extensive analysis of the delivery system of health and welfare benefit programs. This analysis revealed a significant lack of expertise in the benefit consulting field. TEC BENEFITS is built on this much needed expertise.
