With a circular approach TECS' TalentCafe develops workshops and courses for various target groups within the International and Dutch communities. To support participation in the Dutch social and labour communities. In a social environment talented teams extend their portfolio and c.v. They create their own jobs by making beautiful educational products and publications. Such as Creative workshops for Children, ReDesign workshops for Women and Language Experience workshops. Our multicultural team members complement and boost each other: they share knowledge by living their passion. This is how sharing becomes multiplying. In order to guarantee transparency, we work according to the 100% principle. Which means that all donations go directly to the intended project. Our 100% business model is subsidized by private donors and in-kind sponsors to cover operating expenses.
