Tenslab is a group of laboratories that provide services in the field of destructive testing and measuring instrument calibration. The first branch (Headquarter) was established in 2014 with the setting-up the Destructive Testing Laboratory in Gdańsk. In 2016 a range of services provided by laboratories increased, which resulted in the extension of the scope of destructive tests carrying out and the setting up the Calibration Laboratory, which is located in the Park Konstruktorów in Gdynia. In the next 3 years, two new branches of the Destructive Testing Laboratory set up in Szczecin (2018) and in Gdynia (2019). Tenslab Destructive Testing Laboratory provides services in the field of destructive testing (DT) of metallurgical products, welding materials and welded joints. We are able to carry out such tests as: tensile test, impact test, bend test, fracture test, hardness test, macroscopic and microscopic examination, measurement of delta ferrite content, corrosion test and chemical composition test using a mobile or stationary spark spectrometers (OES). Tenslab Calibration Laboratory provides calibration services for measuring devices in the following measurement fields: pressure, torque, temperature and relative humidity, low frequency DC and AC parameters, geometric values (length and angle), non-destructive tests (NDT). Tenslab laboratories are certified by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA) in the scope of testing: Certificate No. AB 1700 and in the scope of calibration: Certificate No. AP 180. Destructive Testing Laboratories have approval certificates of: Polish Register of Shipping, UDT, Burea Veritas, RINA, TUV Nord, and TUV Rheinland. Tests carry out in TENSLAB Laboratories are accepted by: DNVGL, Lloyd's Register of Shipping and ABS. Detailed information about branches and Scopes of Accreditation can be found on our website: www.tenslab.pl We look forward to cooperate with you!
