MISSION STATEMENT We do believe in Sustainable Design as a way to drastically reduce the ecological footprint of our activity as well as developing our projects closely collaborating with a network of specialists in order to optimise each proposal with regards to efficiency, comfort, execution, environmental design, economics, as well as historical, social and geographical parameters. All members of Territori24 share the authorship of the projects. Our philosophy is based on a real Teamwork. The sum of different professionals works towards a common goal and this work philosophy creates a rewarding, friendly and creative work environment. SERVICES The main activity carried out by the Territori24 consists of: - Architecture Design (Scheme Design, Design Development Drawings and Construction Documents) - Site Management - Building Information Modelling Projects Design - Urban Planning Consultancy - Sustainability and Efficiency Energy Consultancy - Pre-Industrialized Construction Proposals TEACHING The co-members of Territori24 have combined their professional practice with research and teaching experience, collaborating with different universities (ESARQ, ETSAB, ETSAV, CUIMP, IED and ESDI) and actively participating in workshops and lectures. AWARDS LEED Platinium Certification NAN’15 awards on energy efficiency LAUS 2016 bronze awards Catalunya Construction 2015 prize Barcelona City Council +Sustainable Award and Several 1st Prize on different Architecture Competitions
