Tessa Packard London is the eponymous fine jewellery label by London-based founder and creative director Tessa Packard. Launched in 2013, the brand has fast become internationally recognised for designing eclectic bi-annual collections that celebrate both individuality and storytelling. Good design and narrative integrity are the cornerstones behind Tessas creative principles, with each piece in a collection aiming to stand out from the next, but equally be understood as part of a narrative whole. Alongside its bi-annual collections, the award-winning brand also specialises in the production of bespoke jewellery, whether that be on behalf of private individuals or larger corporate clients. A fervent believer in philanthropy, Tessa acts as a business mentor for several youth and education-focussed charities, as well as a being a regular speaker at many entrepreneurial workshops and Women in Business events. Tessa Packard London has been featured in such publications as Vanity Fair, Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, International New York Times, Country & Town House and the Financial Times How to Spend It. In 2015 the label was nominated for Jewellery Designer of the Year Award by the UK Jewellery Awards and named one of the Hot 30 Under 30 faces in the British jewellery industry by Retail Jeweller Magazine. Tessa is an entirely self-taught jewellery designer. Born in Brazil and brought up and raised in Britain, Tessa studied Fine Art and History of Art at school and university before starting her career in the London commercial art world. After four years with revered Mayfair gallery Dickenson, Tessa turned her attention to the world of fine jewellery. A fervent believer in British industry, Tessa's jewellery is both manufactured and hand-finished by workshops in the UK.
