The Thames Valley Health Innovation and Education Cluster (TVHIEC) was established on 1 April 2010 and is a publicly-funded partnership authorised by the Department of Health and hosted by Bucks New University and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust . TVHIEC is dedicated to improving innovation and education within the NHS across the Thames Valley in order to drive up the quality of health care. The TVHIEC achieves this by wide involvement of partner organisations within the broad health and social care environment, and beyond.
