Each board has up to 10 sitting members with over 200 years of combined business experience. Confidential, frank discussions at TAB meetings opens eyes to new alternatives and opportunities brought from different vantage points; and helps members determine what they need to change, and how to confidently make the needed change. Between board meetings, each owner-member meets for a private coaching session with a TAB-certified, senior-level, business owner-consultant to prepare for the next board meeting and to help advance his or her strategic goals and tactical action plans and agendas.
