The International Alliance for Alternative Protein (IAAP) brings together all players in the new protein industry: - CPG manufacturers focusing on plants, algae, fungi, insects and cellular agriculture ; - Ingredient suppliers of fragrances, flavors, fillers, shelf-life extenders, etc; - Technology & processing partners - Incubators, accelerators - Nonprofits - Academia - Venture Capital companies investing in this new industry - Corporate venture partners (the venture arm of a larger entity) The IAAP seeks to provide its member with a strong tools for connection, collaboration, and marketing exposure for this exploding industry.
