Offering A Clearer Perspective The Association Of Professional Compliance Consultants, or APCC, is the membership organisation for compliance consultants who advise firms who are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or the Prudential Regulator Authority (PRA) in the UK. Established for over 20 years, we're the authoritative membership body for Best Practice Guidance for Compliance Consultants. The APCC works with Members to ensure they meet the Professional Standards.  As the need arises the Standards are developed and modified. Members will be consulted on proposed changes until broad agreement is reached, at which point the Professional Standard is adopted by the Steering Council and member firms notified accordingly.
