The Blending Lab Winery

WE LOVE WINE, AND WE LOVE TO EXPERIMENT WITH IT. SO WE DECIDED TO START OUR OWN WINERY DEDICATED TO THAT PURSUIT in 2014. We buy grapes directly from vineyards in California We make our own wine out of those grapes We have a tasting room in Paso Robles and Los Angeles. We host fun and educational wine blending classes. We sell do-it-yourself wine blending kits (Patent Pending!!)  The Blending Lab is an urban winery tasting room locations in Los Angeles and Paso Robles, a business founded by 3 dreamers with a goal to bring a new unique wine experience to the City of Angels. WE LOVE TO CREATE PERFECT WINE BLENDS & believe that wine blending is a true expression of science and art. Although we source grapes from around California, we make our wine right here in Los Angeles, within a quick commute of our tasting room in West Adams. Outside of a traditional tasting room experience, where customers can enjoy tasting flights or wine by the glass, The Blending Lab offers a unique opportunity for our clients to become winemakers for the day and learn about making & blending wine in our unique wine blending classes. Our partners, Michael, Magdalena, Chris & the Lab’s fierce wine dog, Café Au Lait, have traveled the world in search of unique and exciting wine, from Peru to Turkey, and all of the better known destinations in between. That experience inspires the wine tasting and blending experience The Blending Lab has brought to Los Angeles & Paso Robles. The Blending Lab is a small, privately owned business, which had been around for since 2014. Our experienced owners personally are involved in each & every step of operations, and you can often see them at the tasting room story telling about their favorite wines.
