The Bridge – Health, Fitness & Wellbeing

The Bridge is a charity aiming to make a difference to the lives of women living or working in London. We run programmes, a community fridge and a monthly dine pay it forward supper club. Our fitness facilities (Gym @ The Bridge) are open to all women (only) Our licensed café (Kitchen @ The Bridge) and hireable meeting rooms (Meet @ The Bridge) are open to all. ___ Our Mission: We work to improve the health and well-being of women by supporting them to make positive life choices.
