We are multi-disciplinary communication for social, organizational and behavior change organization specializing in innovative and evidence based communication and change mechanisms to elicit audience engagement and action enabling communities to grow from the inside out. We practice unique set of participatory communication approaches that enable the generation of locally tailored solutions to complex social problems. We design change through narratives (entertainment education), flipped mindsets (positive deviance), and tweaking how people interact (liberating structures & design thinking). Our mission is to partner with organizations to generate and produce innovative and evidence based communication & change mechanisms that enable communities to grow from the inside- out! Our USP lies in engaging with the grassroots through participatory approaches and creating sustainable solutions generated from within the communities. Our Philosophy ‘Every small drop of change has a ripple effect on the ocean. We hope to make waves happen.’ We design change (not the other way around), believing that change is not linear, but a cyclical process that requires adaptation, facilitation, and tweaking at macro & micro level. It is not what we do, but how we do it that makes us different! Our belief that the power of sustainable solutions lies within the community in the form of ‘lokvidya’ or community wisdom, keeps us deeply engaged and connected to the grassroots.
