The Constellation Fund was created in 2018 to find, fund, and partner with the most impactful nonprofits in the Twin Cities. We are evidence-directed, heart-driven, and community-informed. The mission of the Constellation Fund is to fight poverty in the Twin Cities by raising the living standards of individuals living below the poverty line in our seven-county metropolitan area.
