TFS has evolved from a regular fabric outlet to a circular economy platform, here to reduce waste by giving textiles a second life. Reusing & recycling high-end designer textiles, we are: - The source of 10.000 fabrics and 5.000 accessories references for young designers & brands, as well as an increasingly growing international sewing community to create with, in a durable way. We hope that we can be an active player in changing the current mindset when it comes to clothes consumption. - Implementation of reverse logistics, a one of a kind opportunity for high end fashion brands (Dries Van Noten, AF Vandervorst, Christian Wijnants, Raf Simons, Annemie Verbeke, Kris Van Assche, Filles A Papa (Tom Boy), Celine, Rue Blanche, Ines de la Fressange, Lanvin, Essentiel Antwerp,…) to manage and resell their deadstock of fabrics hence reducing their environmental impact and being more socially responsible. By reusing & redistributing their resources, they also generate financial growth and re allocate their space potential away from storage. - The first designer fabrics’ outlet in Belgium to be equipped with an online database that manages textile inventory, storage, logistics and sales both in person and online, so to offer a holistic fabric management to our suppliers. - A brand new designed Showroom by Action + Service and Marina Bautier hosting a ''Fabric Library" where clients can come by appointment, and browse large 60*35cm fabric samples which are easy to handle, to select, compare and retrieve info from. A team of specialised multifunctional team acts as a fabric stylist to provide advice and disseminate best practices. In the near future, The Fabric Sales envisions to further expand its circular action, promoting fabrics recycling via classes, courses and exhibitions. We wish to activate our circular model further by initiating partnerships with thought forward actors and creators ranging from engineering to art.
