It all started with a passion for family, healthy eating and cooking. THE FIX + CO Plant Based Kitchen was created by two cousins who wanted to redefine the notion of "fast food" and make healthy, convenience foods more accessible by providing delivery to offices, businesses and homes in their community. THE FIX + CO is now located in Etobicoke, Toronto and delivers to the West End Greater Toronto Area. They also cater for both small and large events and organize corporate Lunch and Learn programs lead by their in-home Registered Nutritionists. THE FIX + CO make it their mission to provide delicious, fresh, plant based products such as cold pressed juices, shakes, elixirs, salads, and soups using organic, local, and seasonal produce when possible.
