THE FRENCH AMERICAN FUND for higher education is a Paris based instiution founded in 2012 by Eva Allouche, former Fellow within the office of Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen. Our philosophy is to help promote academic and cultural exchange with the United States of America. Financial aid to selected students is made possible thanks to our generous donors.
