we are an online at-home fitness and nutrition coaching program led by joe bauer, who's a 2 time ironman, 10 time ultra marathon runner, crossfit regional athlete, and crossfit level 1 coach, all with a bachelors of science in kinesiology with emphasis in fitness, nutrition, and health, and 20+ years of coaching. we publish 5 different constantly varied, multi-joint workouts a day that are designed to fit your experience level and the equipment you have available. level 1 - beginners with no equipment level 2 - intermediate with no equipment level 3 - intermediate with just 2 dumbbells level 4 - intermediate full home gym level 5 - advanced with full gym based on our 20+ years of working with thousands of clients, we've found that the best results (by far) come from constantly varied, multi joint movements, done at a high intensity. what this means is that you will be doing all kinds of large multi joint movement patterns done usually at a high intensity. and all we ask is that you use fantastic form and ask for help whenever you need it! we love doing video reviews of your movement, posting group workouts, doing live workouts, and providing weekly coaching on workouts, nutrition, sleep, stress, and more.
