Who we are. The Henley Collective brings together some of the most highly trained and experienced coaches in the industry. Collectively, we offer our clients decades of leadership experience in business, consulting, entrepreneurship, and the not-for-profit & NGO sectors. From rescue-mergers and multi-million dollar raises, to hostage negotiation and the inner workings of high fashion, there’s little we haven’t seen. All our coaches have undertaken triple-accredited, post-graduate coach training, and subscribe to the highest ethical standards in the industry. We continually work together to integrate cutting-edge methodology into our practice - several of our founding partners are completing Masters level coaching research with Henley Business School. What we do. We offer leadership coaching programmes, bespoke mentoring, training, and consultancy on creating a coaching culture. We will work in partnership with you to create the approach that meets the unique challenges and opportunities you face - we don’t believe that high quality coaching comes off the shelf in a standard model.
