To develop those who lead, TLP offers: > Training the in-demand skills e.g. coaching, giving feedback and conducting inspiring performance & development conversations important for leading. Training is experiential and practice orientated uses real-life challenges embeds the learning! > Coaching supporting those who lead with their questions and challenges towards the answers, solutions and situations that get the best and full potential out of them. A combination of coaching approaches (e.g. Co-Active, GROW and Solution-Focused) are used depending on the unique circumstances of the person and context
